Sonia
Martin
Sonia
Martin lives and works in London. She studied printmaking at
Camberwell College of Art and painting at City and Guilds Art
School.
She
has exhibited in numerous exhibitions including the Royal
Academy, Contemporary Art Society, Work on Paper at the Royal
College of Art and Contemporary Print Fair at the Barbican. In
2011 she was invited to exhibit in the Royal Academy's Summer
Exhibition. Her work is in public and private collections
including University of the Arts, Southampton City Art gallery
and New Hall College, Cambridge.
Through
the paintings and prints shown in this exhibition, Sonia invites
you into a place of intrigue and wonder. Interior worlds of
emotion, thought, memories and dreams combine with exterior
reality, blurring the boundaries between inner and outer
